1. Introduction

At Growth Coaching Pro, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services that meet our clients' needs and expectations. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have established this Refund Policy to outline our approach to refunds and cancellations.

This Refund Policy applies to all coaching services, programs, and products offered by Growth Coaching Pro, including one-on-one coaching, group coaching, workshops, digital products, and any other services or products we provide.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. If you are not fully satisfied with your initial coaching session, please let us know within 48 hours of the session, and we will either:

  • Offer you another session with the same coach to address your concerns
  • Match you with a different coach who may better suit your needs
  • Provide a full refund for that session

This satisfaction guarantee applies only to the first coaching session in any new coaching relationship or program.

3. Refund Policy for Coaching Services

3.1 Individual Coaching Sessions

For individual coaching sessions purchased separately (not as part of a package):

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session time will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund

You may reschedule a session without penalty if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

3.2 Coaching Packages and Programs

For multi-session coaching packages or programs:

  • If you cancel within 7 days of purchase and before the first session has taken place, you will receive a full refund
  • If you cancel after the first session has taken place, or after 7 days of purchase (whichever comes first), you will receive a prorated refund for the unused sessions, less a 15% administrative fee
  • No refunds will be issued after 50% or more of the coaching program has been delivered

For coaching packages with a duration of 3 months or longer, we offer a payment plan option. If you choose a payment plan and later decide to cancel, you will still be responsible for the full payment, but may receive service credits for unused sessions that can be used for other services we offer.

3.3 Group Coaching and Workshops

For group coaching programs and workshops:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made 7-14 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund

In some cases, we may allow you to transfer your registration to another person or defer your participation to a future date.

4. Refund Policy for Digital Products

For digital products, including e-books, online courses, and recorded webinars:

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or access has been granted
  • If you have technical difficulties accessing the product, we will work with you to resolve the issue
  • If a digital product is significantly different from what was advertised, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase

For subscription-based digital products, you may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current subscription period.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other unforeseen critical situations, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair solution, which may include:

  • Rescheduling your sessions
  • Extending your program duration
  • Providing a credit for future services
  • Offering a partial or full refund

Documentation may be requested to verify the exceptional circumstance.

6. If We Cancel or Reschedule

If Growth Coaching Pro needs to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, workshop, or other service:

  • We will provide as much notice as possible
  • You will have the option to reschedule, receive a credit, or receive a full refund
  • If we need to cancel an entire program or service, you will receive a full refund or a prorated refund for the undelivered portion

In the rare event that a coach becomes unavailable for an extended period, we will make every effort to match you with another qualified coach to continue your program.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within the timeframes specified in this policy by:

  • Your full name
  • Date of purchase
  • Service or product purchased
  • Reason for requesting a refund
  • Your order or invoice number (if available)

We will respond to your refund request within 3 business days.

8. Refund Processing

When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible
  • Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Bank transfer refunds may take 5-7 business days to process
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method

9. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed coaching sessions
  • Administrative fees
  • Transaction fees charged by payment processors
  • Services where the cancellation period has passed
  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

The refund terms that were in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
